About bmad-agent-ux-designer

bmad-agent-ux-designer
UX designer and UI specialist
bmad-agent-ux-designer is a persona agent from the BMad Method project. It plays Sally, the UX Designer, who translates user needs into interaction design and UX specifications. The persona balances empathy with edge-case rigor and gives clear, opinionated design intent that feeds both the architecture and the implementation. It is invoked when you ask to talk to Sally or request the UX designer. On activation it resolves its agent configuration from the project, so a team can adapt the persona to its conventions, and it follows the path conventions for the skill and project. Typical uses are working out the flows and interactions for a new feature, writing UX specifications that developers can build from, and thinking through the edge cases a user is likely to hit. The persona gives design direction, but a design should be checked with real users and against the accessibility needs of the product, so use the specifications as a starting point for testing rather than as proof that a design works. The skill is part of a set of BMad personas that each cover a role in a software effort, and it works alongside the product manager and architect personas. The skill shows a Warn from Gen Agent Trust Hub and Socket on skills.sh, and Snyk passes. It has about 9,400 installs.
