A readiness gate reports what it finds, and when the gate passes, the skill writes the sprint status file from the epics. Its other modes handle the rest of the sprint: a status view that summarizes progress, a validate mode that checks the tracking file's format, and a fix mode that repairs or rebuilds a broken status file.
