About bmad-ticket

bmad-ticket
Create and manage tickets — initiatives, epics, stories, bugs
BMad Ticket creates and manages tickets for initiatives, epics, stories and bugs. Its job is to help you turn an intent into tickets a coding agent can build from. You decide the scope and the split. The skill proposes boundaries, explains the trade-offs, checks coverage and asks the questions that affect the work. Gaps are recorded as open questions and choices are marked as assumptions, rather than being silently guessed. A draft is always checked before it is published. The skill asks which other validations to run before publishing, and asks for your go-ahead to publish unless you have already said so. There is also a mode for when you ask it to do the thinking without a conversation: the same guidance and self-review apply, and gaps still become open questions. It is part of the BMad Method project on GitHub, which has about 54,000 stars. The listing shows it as free. Its security audits show warnings from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.
