It applies the maintenance actions that the evidence supports and delivers a complete report for each document, along with the committed changes. The skill reads its modes from the arguments, and each mode defines what it may change without asking. The report and the corrected set of documents are the deliverables, because a store of learnings is only useful if each document can be trusted.
