check-understanding is a phase quiz skill from the AI Engineering from Scratch course. It tests what you know about a phase you have finished, so you can see whether you are ready to move on. You can ask for it in plain words, such as quiz me, test phase 2, check my understanding of transformers, or am I ready for the next phase, or run the slash command with a phase. The phase can be given by number, from 0 to 19, or by name, such as deep-learning. If you do not name one, the skill lists all 20 phases and asks which to test. Its job is to check understanding of the material the course covers in that phase, rather than to teach it, so it fits after you have worked through a phase's lessons.
