competitive-report-structure

Assemble scored competitor profile cards

competitive-report-structure is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It takes finished competitor profile cards from benchmark-methodology and assembles them into a competitive report meant to support decisions. The report is built around three questions: who the client competes with, how it competes, and where its defensible white space is. Each section has to move toward one of those answers, and anything that does not is cut. The output includes a landscape map and competitor tiers, and the skill is written for reports that a founder, leadership team or board will act on and that must be auditable. Like the other skills in the same series, it starts from the client's positioning brief. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source.
