convex-backup is an agent skill for setting up backups of a Convex app and proving that they can be restored. Most people take backups and never test them, so the skill does both halves. It sets up regular snapshot exports, and it runs a restore drill: it restores a snapshot into a disposable preview deployment and checks that the data came back intact. The drill uses the same primitives as the migration rehearsal skill, namely a snapshot export, a preview deploy and a snapshot import, but aims them at recovery rather than at a forward change.
