About customer-pulse-check

C

customer-pulse-check

Synthesizes themes from PayPal disputes, HubSpot tickets

customer-pulse-check is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It synthesises customer voice into a short list of fixable issues, with drafted replies that the owner can review and send. It pulls the feedback signals from every connected source for a chosen period: PayPal disputes and chargebacks with their reason codes, amounts and status, HubSpot support tickets and conversation notes, and any review exports in the files, such as a Google Reviews or Yelp file. It counts the signals from each source, then extracts themes and keeps only the ones that can actually be fixed. The period is set with the since option, which defaults to the last thirty days. It builds on the customer-pulse skill. The drafted responses are for the owner to review, and nothing is sent without that review. It suits owners who want to answer customers well and to fix the problems that cause most complaints.
