About delivery-gate

delivery-gate
Stop hook that blocks Claude from finishing until quality checks pass
delivery-gate is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is a Stop hook for Claude Code that runs before a session can finish and checks three things using only deterministic methods: whether file modification times show the learning library was touched, whether disk space is safe, and whether the transcript contains rationalisation phrases matched by regular expressions. It uses no AI inference. Rationalisation hits produce a warning only. Stale learning libraries produce a warning, and become a block when three or more are stale or the growth log is stale on a complex task. Disk space under 50 GB gives a warning, and under 15 GB blocks the session. The skill is meant to sit next to the self-audit reasoning gate, which checks output quality, as a second layer of defence. It is for teams that want a machine-verifiable pass before a session counts as done. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source.
