design-brief

Parse a structured design brief written in I-Lang protocol format into a

design-brief is an agent skill from the OpenDesign project that parses a structured design brief into a concrete DESIGN.md file and an optional visual preview. It is written for the case where a request is vague, such as make it clean, which means different things to different people. The brief is written in I-Lang protocol format, and the skill accepts it as a structured input. The skill works along eight dimensions that cover the decisions a designer makes before placing any pixel. Mood and density were added to the set because they are the two most common sources of ambiguity in plain-language briefs. The skill's notes say the eight dimensions were distilled from OpenDesign's catalog of design systems, and that every DESIGN.md in the project still resolves to a palette, an accent, typography, a display font, a layout model and a component style. Some decisions are left out at the brief level: animation timing, responsive strategy and accessibility contrast. Those are enforced by the individual template skills, although the generated DESIGN.md includes sensible breakpoint defaults for later use. The skill is listed on skills.sh, with its security audit results shown there.
