About dynamic-workflow-mode

dynamic-workflow-mode
Design task-local harnesses, eval gates
dynamic-workflow-mode is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It guides a coding agent that can generate a task-specific harness, meaning a temporary loop, evaluator, crawler, fixture generator, watcher or local dashboard, rather than only following a fixed command flow. The skill sets a discipline around this. A temporary harness is used for one-off work and only when it is cheaper and safer than driving the same steps by hand. Work that repeats is turned into a shared skill, and checkpoints are kept visible to a team through a control pane. The harness must produce durable handoff artifacts and eval evidence, and an operator can approve before anything is merged. The skill applies when a user mentions dynamic workflows, custom harnesses or adaptive workflows in Claude Code. It is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
