About faceless-explainer

F

faceless-explainer

Turn arbitrary text

faceless-explainer is an agent skill from the HyperFrames project that turns a body of text into an explainer video. The text can be an article, notes, a topic or a brief. A faceless video has no site or footage to capture, so every visual is invented as the video is built. The skill acts as an orchestrator. It picks a design system, plans a teaching story, and builds the video frame by frame in HyperFrames inside a videos/<project> folder. Each step has a gate that must pass before the next one starts, and three steps are gated on the user: setup, the storyboard and script, and the final render. The workflow ends in a final render to an MP4. The skill does one thing: explaining a topic from text, with no product and no website. Other intents, a bare request to make a video, or any uncertainty goes to the main HyperFrames skill first. Before it sources audio, images or logos, it calls a media-use skill to resolve background music, sound effects and images from the HeyGen catalog. It suits creators who want an explainer video built from written material.
