About google-agents-cli-workflow

google-agents-cli-workflow
Complete workflow for scaffolding, building, evaluating
google-agents-cli-workflow is the entry-point agent skill in Google's agents-cli project for building, evaluating and deploying agents on Google Cloud with the Agent Development Kit (ADK). It lays out the whole process in seven phases: understanding requirements, studying reference samples, scaffolding a project, implementing the agent logic, evaluating it, deploying it, and observability. The agents-cli tool is described as a CLI and skills toolkit that works with any coding agent, including Antigravity CLI, Claude Code and Codex, and with the agent framework of your choice, with ADK as the default. The skill requires agents-cli version 1.10.0 and tells the agent how to check its version and upgrade it with uv. It insists that a project be scaffolded before any agent code is written, because scaffolding brings the evaluation boilerplate, the CI/CD configuration and the project conventions with it. It also tells the agent to re-read the relevant skill before each phase, since context compaction can drop earlier skill content, and says that if skills are missing, running the setup command installs them.
