It lays out the whole process in seven phases: understanding requirements, studying reference samples, scaffolding a project, implementing the agent logic, evaluating it, deploying it, and observability. The agents-cli tool is described as a CLI and skills toolkit that works with any coding agent, including Antigravity CLI, Claude Code and Codex, and with the agent framework of your choice, with ADK as the default. The skill requires agents-cli version 1.10.0 and tells the agent how to check its version and upgrade it with uv.
