About handle-complaint

handle-complaint
Handles an incoming customer complaint end-to-end
handle-complaint is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It takes an incoming customer complaint through to a resolution, by chaining the ticket-deflector workflow with a response step. It reads the complaint from a Gmail thread, a HubSpot ticket, or the most recent unresolved ticket or complaint-tagged thread, and asks the owner to paste the text if no source is given. It identifies the customer, the order or account, what they are upset about and what they are asking for. It then pulls the customer's history from HubSpot, including past purchases, prior complaints, deal stage and lifetime value, and searches PayPal for the relevant transaction, its order status, refund history and any dispute. From that it summarises whether the customer is new or returning and what the current issue is. It then drafts a reply and suggests an operational fix so the problem does not recur. It suits small business owners who handle complaints themselves and want a complete picture before they answer.
