About healthcare-eval-harness

healthcare-eval-harness
Patient safety evaluation harness for healthcare application deployments
healthcare-eval-harness is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is an automated verification suite for healthcare applications, meant to run before any deployment of an EMR or EHR system and in CI/CD pipelines. It runs five test categories in order: CDSS accuracy, PHI exposure, data integrity, clinical workflow and integration. The first three are critical gates that need a 100 per cent pass rate, so one failure blocks the deployment, and the last two are high gates that need at least 95 per cent. The skill also runs after changes to clinical decision support logic such as drug interactions, dose validation and scoring, after schema changes touching patient data, after changes to authentication or access control, and after resolving merge conflicts in clinical modules. Its examples use Jest, but the listing says the test categories and thresholds apply to any test framework. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows a Snyk warning, with Gen Agent Trust Hub and Socket passing.
