kb-article is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It drafts a knowledge base article from a resolved support issue, a common question or a documented workaround, so the answer can be found by customers without contacting support. It is used when a ticket resolution is worth documenting for self-service, or when the same question keeps coming in. The command is run with /kb-article followed by the issue, a ticket reference or a topic. The examples on the page include an SSO setup with Okta that was solved for three customers, a ticket about exporting more than 10,000 rows, a question about webhook notifications, and a known issue with dashboard charts on Safari 16.
