draft-response
Draft a professional customer-facing response tailored to the situation
by anthropicsFree
Description
draft-response is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It drafts a professional, customer-facing reply that fits the situation and the customer relationship. It is used when answering a product question, responding to an escalation, or replying to a request the team will not fulfil. The command is run with /draft-response followed by the context: the customer, the question or issue, and the tone the situation needs. The examples on the page include a customer asking when a dashboard feature will ship, a customer whose integration has been down for two days, a feature request the team will not build, and a billing error that needs fixing quickly. A connectors guide explains which tools are connected. It suits support and customer success staff who need a careful reply written quickly, which they check before it is sent.…
