About lark-okr

L

lark-okr

View, create, and manage OKR cycles, objectives, key results, alignments

lark-okr is an agent skill from the Lark CLI project (larksuite/cli) for viewing and managing OKRs in Lark, the objectives and key results system. It covers OKR cycles, objectives, key results, the alignments between them, quantitative metrics, and progress records. It offers eight high-level shortcuts for common operations, such as listing cycles and progress records, retrieving the details of a cycle, and creating or updating progress entries. The skill applies when a user wants to view or create OKRs, manage objectives and key results, or see how they are aligned. It does not handle to-do tasks, which belong to the lark-task skill, nor calendar and meeting scheduling, which belong to a calendar skill, and it does not cover performance evaluation. For identity, OKR operations default to the user, which is the right choice when looking at the current user's own OKRs or those of their managers and reports. The bot identity can also be used to view other people's OKRs, if the app has the matching permissions. The skill starts with a quick decision section, and it relies on the lark-shared skill for setup and authentication.
