The skill is written around the idea that a link should be earned by a page that a real site would find useful, so its goal is to name plausible prospects rather than a long unsorted list. Its inputs are an OpenSEO project ID, your domain or target URL, and the linkable asset itself, which can be a page, product, study, tool or topic. You can also name competitors, and a market, location or language if the result depends on them. The skill uses the project-context tools that are shared with the OpenSEO app and other agents, so the background you have stored is available to it.
