The target versions are Airflow 2.11.1 on Managed Service for Apache Airflow Gen 2 or Gen 3, and Airflow 3 on Gen 3. The skill works in phases, starting with discovery and download. It downloads the existing DAG files only when you ask for that, and it inspects the source environment to confirm its Airflow version only when you request it, so it does not touch an environment unexpectedly.
