The mmx tool generates text, images, video, speech and music, and performs web search, all through the MiniMax AI platform. The skill covers installation, which is done with npm install -g mmx-cli, and authentication. You can save your API key once with mmx auth login, which stores it in your home folder, or pass a key for a single call. The region is detected automatically, and you can override it with a region flag set to global or cn.
