perl-testing is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It sets out testing strategies for Perl applications using Test2::V0, Test::More, the prove runner, mocking and coverage through Devel::Cover, following a TDD method. The workflow is the red, green, refactor cycle, and the skill applies whenever new Perl code is written under that method. It also covers designing test suites for modules and applications, reviewing test coverage, setting up test infrastructure, migrating tests from Test::More to Test2::V0, and debugging failing tests.
