About plan-orchestrate

plan-orchestrate
Read a plan document, decompose it into steps, classify each step
plan-orchestrate is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It reads a plan document such as a PRD, an RFC or an implementation plan, breaks it into steps, classifies each step, and writes out a ready-to-paste ECC slash command for each one, with the step identifier included. It is a router only. It picks the command and fills in that command's documented arguments, but it does not chain agents or change what a command does internally, and it never runs the commands itself. The person pastes each line when they are ready. It applies when a user has a multi-step plan and wants the matching command for each step, or asks to turn a plan into commands. It is skipped for a single ad hoc task, for an empty or unreadable plan, and for a plan meant to run unattended in the background, where the listing points to dmux-workflows or the native workflow scripts. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
