The output gives specific rewrites that keep the result the same while running faster or reading more clearly. It is useful for analysts and developers who maintain Power BI models, particularly when a report is slow or when a measure has become hard to follow. Because a rewritten formula can return a different result in edge cases, such as blanks, filters and relationships, the new measure should be compared with the original on the same data before it replaces the old one.
