About prioritize-assumptions

P

prioritize-assumptions

Prioritize assumptions using an Impact × Risk matrix and suggest experiments

prioritize-assumptions is an agent skill that triages a list of assumptions using an Impact by Risk matrix and suggests a targeted experiment for each one. It helps a team decide which assumptions to test first, which is the step between identifying risks and running experiments. The skill draws on the prioritization methods the pm-skills collection describes: an ICE-style score that multiplies impact, measured as the opportunity score times the number of customers affected, by confidence and ease, or a RICE approach that separates reach and impact before dividing by effort. You provide the assumptions and any research or files, which the skill reads first, and it returns a ranked list with a suggested test for each. It is useful after an assumption review, when there are more unknowns than time, so the riskiest and most important ones are validated first. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.
