Verification loop for Quarkus projects: build, static analysis

quarkus-verification is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It runs a verification loop for Quarkus projects before a pull request, after major refactors or dependency upgrades, and before deployment to staging or production. The phases run a build, then static analysis with Checkstyle, PMD and SpotBugs, then tests with JaCoCo coverage, then security scans with OWASP dependency and container checks, and finally native compilation. It checks that coverage meets the threshold of 80 per cent and that a native image still works. The examples use Maven, starting with a clean verify build that skips tests in the first phase. The skill is for teams that want the same checks in the same order each time, with a clear result before release. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.
