skill-creator is an agent skill from the OpenClaw project, listed on skills.sh. It helps an agent write or review agent skills: create, repair, validate or restructure SKILL.md files and their resources. It works through a contract for each branch of the workflow, chooses how the skill is invoked, and checks the frontmatter matches how the skill will be reached. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions (sometimes with scripts and reference notes) that an AI agent loads only when a task calls for it, so the agent knows the steps to follow and what to avoid. It is free and open source.
