About smb-onboard

smb-onboard
Claude as the trainer
Smb-onboard is an agent skill that acts as a trainer for a small business owner setting up Claude for the first time. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes and follows four steps: connect two tools, run one recipe to show value, capture business context, and set a weekly rhythm. The skill first checks what is already connected and chooses the best two tools to connect, then guides the owner through each connection one at a time. Once both are linked, it runs a single recipe against live data so the owner sees a result straight away. After that it asks a short series of interview questions about the business, one at a time, and stores the answers in persistent memory so later sessions start with that context. It ends by suggesting a weekly check-in, where the owner says weekly check-in each Monday and the skill pulls the numbers and flags anything urgent. The skill is part of Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, for the Small Business plugin.
