Description
stakeholder-map is an agent skill that maps stakeholders on a power and interest grid and builds a communication plan tailored to each group. It identifies the relevant people and groups, which can include executives, engineering leads, designers, marketing, sales, support and legal, then places each one by how much power they hold over the initiative and how interested they are in it. Each quadrant gets its own communication strategy, so people with high power and high interest are kept closely informed while others are kept satisfied or updated as needed. If you provide org charts, project briefs or team rosters, the skill reads them first. If you only describe the product or initiative, it infers the likely stakeholders from that. It is useful when a project involves many people with different concerns, or when a product manager needs to decide who to involve and how often. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
