Suggest relevant GitHub Copilot skills

suggest-awesome-github-copilot-skills is an agent skill from the github/awesome-copilot collection that looks at the current repository and suggests Agent Skills from the awesome-copilot repository that the project does not already have. Agent Skills are self-contained folders in the skills folder of awesome-copilot, each with a SKILL.md file of instructions and optional bundled assets. The skill compares the repository's context and chat history with the skills available there and leaves out any the project already has. It is useful for developers who want to find skills for a particular kind of work, such as testing, documentation or deployment, without searching the repository by hand. A suggested skill should be read before it is installed, since it may run scripts or assume tools that the project does not use, and its security audit results should be checked before it is trusted. The skill is installed with the skills CLI from the github/awesome-copilot repository. Its skills.sh page showed about 8.9K installs and passing results from three security audits at the time of the scan.
