It applies when a user asks for a timeline report, a journey into a project, an analysis of project history, a full project report, a summary of the entire development history, or the story of a project. Two prerequisites must be met: the claude-mem worker must be running, and the project must already have observations recorded in claude-mem. The skill produces one long, sweeping report rather than a series. For a chapter-by-chapter account, the collection points to a separate weekly digests skill. The report is written from the recorded history, so its claims about what happened depend on what claude-mem captured.
