Sync tasks and refresh memory from your current activity

Update is an agent skill that keeps your task list and working memory current. It has two modes. The default mode syncs tasks from your external tools, such as a project tracker, triages stale and overdue items, and checks the memory for gaps. A comprehensive mode, run with the comprehensive flag, does a deeper scan across chat, email, calendar and documents. That scan looks for todos that were missed and suggests new memories worth keeping. The skill starts by loading the current state, so changes are made against the list that exists rather than a blank one. It is useful when assignments arrive in several places and the task file falls behind, or when you want to clear out items that have gone stale. You run it with /productivity:update, and add --comprehensive for the deeper scan. The skill is part of Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins.
