user-segmentation
Segment users from feedback data based on behavior, JTBD, and needs
by phurynFree
Description
user-segmentation is an agent skill that divides a user base into at least three distinct segments based on behavior and needs, rather than demographics alone. It analyzes diverse user feedback to surface groups that are hidden in a single average, using jobs to be done, behaviors and motivations as the basis for each segment. The skill acts as a behavioral researcher and data analyst, working through the analysis step by step so each segment is justified by the evidence. You provide the feedback data, and the skill returns the segments with their characteristics and what each one needs from the product. It is useful when a team wants to target groups differently, when it suspects that one product is serving several different kinds of customer, or when it is deciding where to focus its strategy. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
