About weekly-prep-brief

W

weekly-prep-brief

Generate a comprehensive weekly briefing

Weekly-prep-brief is an agent skill that writes a single briefing for every external call in the coming seven days. It is for people who meet customers and prospects regularly and want to walk into each call prepared. The first step fetches the week's meetings from your connected calendar and keeps only the external ones, meaning meetings with attendees from outside your organization. Internal meetings, one-on-ones with colleagues and recurring internal syncs are dropped. For each external meeting the skill records the company, the date and time, and the outside attendees, then adds account and contact research from Common Room, so the brief covers who you are meeting and what you know about them. The result is one document for the week rather than a separate note per meeting. You trigger it with phrases such as weekly prep brief, prepare my week, or what calls do I have. It is part of Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins.
