From the maker
Quyen Dang@s2ofthewindI built CardioFit because counting reps while doing cardio at home is annoying: you lose count, or you need a watch or a camera. Here is how it works: you hold your phone, choose a target (30, 50 or 100 reps, or a timed set), and the app counts jumping jacks and knee claps from your phone's motion sensors. No camera, no watch. What it does today: - Counts two exercises: jumping jacks (jump or step) and high knee claps (with or without a clap) - Reads your count out loud every 5, 10 or 20 reps, or stays silent - Mixed circuits with rest breaks and rounds - Weekly goal and progress charts, with history saved on your phone - 8 languages Free to start, with an optional Plus plan for custom and open-ended sets. I'd love your feedback, especially on counting accuracy with your own movement style
