About academic-paper-reviewer

academic-paper-reviewer
Multi-perspective academic paper review with dynamic reviewer personas
Academic Paper Reviewer simulates an international journal peer review of a paper. It first identifies the paper's field, then sets up a panel of five review seats. Four are card-backed identities: a Journal-Fit Reviewer and three peer reviewers who cover methodology, domain expertise and cross-disciplinary views. The fifth is a fixed Devil's Advocate, which challenges the core argument, detects logical fallacies and identifies the strongest counter-arguments. A separate editorial synthesizer then produces a structured Editorial Decision and a Revision Roadmap, so the reviewers' views and the final decision are kept apart. The skill has a re-review mode for checking whether a revised paper answers the reviewers' comments. The panel was expanded from four members to five in version 1.1, and the page lists version 1.11.1 for this release. The skill follows the same routing rules as the other academic skills in the repository, with an escape hatch for messages that begin with a direct-mode token. Use it when you want a paper critiqued from several angles before you submit it.
