About ce-doc-review

ce-doc-review
Review requirements, plans, or specs with role-specific lenses
ce-doc-review reviews a requirements document, plan or specification using role-specific lenses, to help the author finish a document the team can actually work from. It looks for problems that would change the outcome of the work or get in the way of carrying it out. It judges the document by whether it guides correct work, not by how much detail it contains, and it resolves the problems it can within the authority already given to it. A serious consequence deserves attention even when the defect is small, and an adequate document needs no changes. It works in an interactive mode with rules for when to ask the author, and it uses the artifact root of the project. It is used when someone wants to improve an existing planning document before it is acted on. The skill is part of the compound-engineering plugin by Every and is listed on skills.sh as free.
