customer-pulse is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It gathers what customers are saying and summarises it into a themes report with verbatim evidence. It aggregates PayPal disputes, HubSpot feedback and tickets, email sentiment, and Intercom conversations, and it can include Google or Yelp reviews that the user pastes or exports. The default window is the last thirty days. Disputes that cannot be fetched because of a rate limit are noted as not included, without retrying or failing. Email threads are searched for words that signal complaints, such as refund, cancel, broken and late, and a short excerpt is kept from each. The output groups the feedback into three to five themes, each with quotes, and ends with a short action list of three things to do this week.
