About customer-research

customer-research
Multi-source research on a customer question or topic with source attribution
customer-research is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It runs multi-source research on a customer question, product topic or account-related inquiry, and synthesises the findings from all the sources available, with clear attribution for each finding and a confidence score. It is used when a customer asks something the team needs to look up, or when there is a question about whether a feature or behaviour is true. The command is run with /customer-research followed by the question or topic. Its workflow begins by parsing the request, and it then searches the connected sources. A connectors guide explains which tools are connected and what the placeholders mean. It suits customer success and support staff who must answer a question accurately, and who want to see where each part of the answer came from.
