executive-onboarding-playbook is a workflow skill that plans the first 90 days of a VP or CPO role as a diagnostic process, not an execution sprint. Its premise is that the most common failure in senior product leadership transitions is acting before understanding: changing structures, replacing people or announcing strategy before there is enough evidence to make those decisions defensible. The playbook organizes the 30, 60 and 90 days around building that evidence. It also helps when you are evaluating a CPO offer, including which questions to ask the hiring CEO before you accept.
