About talking-head-recut

talking-head-recut
Package an existing talking-head / interview / podcast video
talking-head-recut is an agent skill from the HyperFrames project that packages an existing talking-head, interview or podcast video with timed graphic overlay cards. The clip plays untouched, and the skill layers designed cards on top of it, such as kinetic titles, lower-thirds, data callouts, quotes, side panels and picture-in-picture, synced to what is being said. The agent designs each card's timing and content, writes each card's HTML in the conversation, assembles one composition file, and renders it to MP4 with the HyperFrames tool. There is no fixed list of card types and no prescribed structure; the overlays come from what the transcript actually says. The skill is for packaging a clip with designed cards, and it is not for plain captions that only show the spoken words as text. Requests for subtitles only, a standalone graphic, or a video made from scratch go to the main HyperFrames skill, which owns the routing decisions. The skill checks for updates with a command, but only after confirming with the user. It suits creators who have a filmed conversation and want graphic emphasis added to it, such as titles and data callouts that reinforce key points.
