knowledge-synthesis
Combines search results from multiple sources into coherent
by anthropicsFree
Description
Knowledge-synthesis is the final stage of enterprise search. It takes raw results from several sources, such as a chat message, an email, a cloud storage document and a project tracker task, and produces one coherent answer with source attribution. Its example shows four results about the same API decision, a chat remark, a confirming email, an updated design document and a completed task, merged into a single account of what was decided. The skill removes duplicate results, scores confidence using freshness and related signals, and attributes each part of the answer to where it came from. The aim is an answer you can trust rather than a list of hits to read through yourself. It is meant to follow the search steps, so it works on results that other skills have already gathered. The skill is part of Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins and is used alongside the search and search-strategy skills.…
