About openspec-archive-change

openspec-archive-change
Archive a completed OpenSpec change in the experimental workflow
openspec-archive-change is an agent skill from the OpenSpec project for finalizing and archiving a single completed change in the experimental OpenSpec workflow. You use it once the implementation is finished and you want the change closed out and moved into the archive. Like the other OpenSpec skills, it checks first that the project has an OpenSpec root, since an archive is a write and the check stops the workflow if the project is not set up, rather than creating an openspec folder. It also handles store selection, so when the work lives in a registered store, the archive runs against that store and the store id is kept for the rest of the workflow. If the project uses OpenSpec through a store that this machine cannot resolve, the skill tells you the error and does not archive anything. The skill fits a developer who has finished a change and wants its artifacts closed out cleanly, with the record kept for later. For several changes at once, the bulk archive skill is the one to use. Install it with npx skills add https://github.com/fission-ai/openspec --skill openspec-archive-change.
