About source-management

source-management
Manages connected MCP sources for enterprise search
Source-management is an agent skill that keeps track of the sources connected to enterprise search. It works out which sources are available by checking the tools that are connected, and it groups them into six kinds: chat, for searching messages, channels and threads; email, for searching messages and reading individual emails; cloud storage, for finding files and fetching their contents; project tracker, for searching tasks; CRM, for querying accounts, contacts and opportunities; and knowledge base, for semantic and keyword search. When a source is missing, the skill guides the user through connecting it. It also decides the order in which sources are queried, so that the most useful one is checked first. The skill is part of Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins and works alongside the search skills that use these sources.
